Zhengzhou- day 8

Mia did great last night! Just laid right down in her bed and went to sleep! Today we were able to go just a few blocks from the hotel to see her finding place. Someone abandoned her at the local hospital on the second floor near some stairs. So hard to imagine that someone could do this to such a sweet baby but God has a big plan for her. In china the people just really don't have a lot of money and the health insurance is just not good. So our guide was telling us that if a baby is born with any kind of special need it is very hard for the parents to care for them and they won't have enough money for needed surgeries. It was sad for me to stand there knowing her parents had left her but they probably left her knowing that adoption would give her more hope!
